The Women in Leadership (WiL) group has a three-pronged approach consistent with our mission statement: recruiting talented women, creating and nurturing a pipeline of strong women for advancement and promotion within Noblr, and a commitment to retaining diverse talent across all levels with access and opportunity for growth and development.

The Women in Leadership (WiL) group has a three-pronged approach consistent with our mission statement: recruiting talented women, creating and nurturing a pipeline of strong women for advancement and promotion within Noblr, and a commitment to retaining diverse talent across all levels with access and opportunity for growth and development.

These are some of the initiatives sponsored by WiL

  • For every open role the hiring panel must include one woman in addition to at least one member of the WiL. Additionally, the final applicant pool should preferably include at least two diverse candidates.
  • All Noblr job listings are run through the Gender Decoder. This checks for subtle feminine or masculine bias in the language of job postings. If subtly coded words are found, we may suggest synonyms to make the listing attractive to all genders.
  • Research has found job referrals to disproportionately benefit white men. WiL uses a variety of tactics for sharing job listings with diversity and inclusion in mind.
  • WiL has a budget dedicated to advertising Noblr openings on job boards specifically for women and women in tech.
  • WiL sponsors an Employee Recognition Program which builds a culture of employee recognition, engagement, and opportunity that is fair and equitable.  This peer recognition award is given out monthly to four associates who demonstrate leadership and innovation with an emphasis on cultivating and collaborating with diverse teams. They also receive an Amazon gift card 🙂 

WiL regularly meets to support women at Noblr and in the industry and to explore ways to increase diversity and inclusion at every level of the company.
