The SAC is specifically tasked with:
- Recommending the selection of independent auditors, procuring audits, reviewing the results, and making suggestions to Noblr on how to address results if needed.
- Advising the reciprocal exchange to ensure conformity with the Noblr Subscription Agreement and Power of Attorney.
- Adopting certain governance, election, voting, or other standing rules.
- Acting on behalf of all of our members with respect to the reciprocal exchange.
Our SAC is made up of the following members:
David Fitzgerald has had a long career as a pioneer in technology and insurance. David started out as an insurance agent and later became a driving force behind CarInsuance.com, which was sold to QuinStreet in 2010. After CarInsurance.com, David spent several years consulting before beginning work with Google as Head of Business Development for Google Compare in 2015 and 2016. In 2016, David continued his entrepreneurial activity, creating a FinTech Investment Firm in Denver, Colorado — where Noblr made its debut. David sits on several Boards as a Director/Advisor, and has great experience representing multiple stakeholders providing companies with sound strategic direction.
Jenna Buffaloe is a speaker, workshop leader, and coach who works with companies and individuals on The Human Dimension of Business to leverage great results; she is an expert on company culture and business transformation. Jenna has worked with a variety of clients in the U.S. and internationally, including LinkedIn, Google, Eventbrite, Stripe, and Headspace. Jenna began her career as a lawyer before returning to school to study Jungian psychology. In 2005, she entered the field of executive coaching and leadership development. Jenna holds a B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University, a J.D. with honors from Harvard Law School, and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. A resident of Boulder, Colorado, Jenna is not only an expert on company culture, but also, very knowledgeable about the best places to do yoga in the Centennial State.
Jason Foucher engineers Noblr’s product design. During his six years at Metromile, he was responsible for its product, pricing, underwriting, actuarial, and compliance functions. Prior to Metromile, he spent 10 years in the pricing and product efforts at Esurance, where he managed the profitability for half of its auto business. He began his career as an actuarial analyst at Electric Insurance Company.
